I love how, because you’re the one drawing the carpets, the way you stylize the landscape also makes it all look like…like the carpets are more representational than they are, on one level, but on another,it gives everyone the feel of living in those patterns. A life made in the weave, like they were talking about before a Sneaky Sheep ate the weaving XD
ALSO I want to yell about your layouts and how you’ve made a clear two-page spread here and almost a figure-eight composition with the open lower panels distinguished only by the lawn become the sky becoming the clouds, and the way the grass becomes flowers that become stars as they really start talking–! It’s so so so good!
